Race Registration

HOW TO REGISTER – Please read Race Details first

2. Upon receipt and acceptance, your entry will be confirmed by email with additional race details.
Online Registration closes at noon Friday May 3rd. To register for the 5 mile race only, in a canoe with 2 people, you can sign-up on the morning of the Race at 7:30 a.m. at 33 Healdsburg Ave (see Race Details for check-in info).
RACE FEES (see boat rental fees below)
• Early Entry Fee: $50 per person if entered before May 1st.
• Entry Fee: $70 per person if entered on or after May 1st.
Note: Entries are limited and will be on a first-come first-served basis. Fee includes race entry, transport shuttles, and T-shirt (first 400 entrants only). Race entry fee does not include boat rental (if needed). No refunds available. A small Eventbrite fee is also added to the cost.
Age Restrictions: Age 12 and over for single boats (with parental supervision during the Race). Ages 8-11 may ride in a double boat with an adult.
TEAM COMPETITIONS
• Team entries apply only to the Canoe division, held on the Rio Lindo (5 mile section)
• Each team must have two people paddling in one canoe
• Anyone may enter multiple teams e.g. Marmot #1, Marmot #2, Marmot #3
• Team categories: Business, Social (friends, schools, non-profits, etc.), Family
• Each team must give themselves a name (humor and costumes are encouraged)
• Please indicate your team name and category on the Entry Form
BOAT RENTALS
Athletes may use their own kayaks, canoes, surfskis and SUP boards or rent from River’s Edge Kayak and Canoe through the online Registration Form. See boat styles on River's Edge website. There is VERY limited availability for cock-pit kayaks; most are sit-on-top. If you want a cock-pit double or single kayak, please call 433-1958 to check availability. Weight limits for boat rentals: 550 lbs. for both the double kayaks and canoes (225 per person). 300 lbs. for single kayak. River's Edge has 10 SUP's to rent, will sell out! ($20 rental fee).
Single Kayak $20, Canoe or Double Kayak $30.
